Proposing a Future Workshop & Retreat
at The Connecticut River Valley Artists Getaway

Hey there!

Would you like to host your retreat at The Artist Getaway? Would you like to be considered as a guest teacher/instructor at one of our hosted retreats? Do you know an artist whom you would love to learn from? Give us their name!

Please email Hello@CRVInn.com to let us know. Please allow 2-3 business days for confirmation of receipt.

To be considered, you must include:

• Your resume (with mailing address and phone number).

• A list of past workshops (with dates, locations, and number of attendees).

• Demonstrated experience is imperative, as most teachers have led workshops for over 5 years.

• A summary of the purpose/schedule of your proposed workshop, along with the anticipated number of participants.

Before submitting your proposal, please note the following:

We receive inquiries weekly from artists and organizations wishing to host a group here at The Artist Getaway. We wish we could say yes to everyone who dreams of teaching here, but we must evaluate every proposal as we have limited dates available each year.

If we feel that your proposal is a good fit, then you will be added to the waitlist for future openings. We will let you know when we have dates available. You would need to accept them by the deadline given; a signed contract will be required along with a non-refundable deposit of $1000.

You will be responsible for collecting fees from your participants and assigning them to their rooms. Thirty days before arrival, your final payment would be due. Fees for this all-inclusive retreat include 6 guestrooms that sleep 14, breakfast and lunch with snacks all day, access to the art studio 24/7, as well as full access to our grounds and gardens.

We also host many of the retreats ourselves. If you are interested in being a guest instructor/teacher at any of our retreats, please submit your proposal for that as well.

Fees: Our retreats are for a minimum of 4 days/3 nights (50% discount for one instructor and 20% discount for one assistant). A minimum of 10 students is required. For more information or registration, please email only to Patricia Brubaker: Hello@CRVInn.com.
